The IoT Device Security Conference has added security experts from AWS IoT and Google to an already-impressive 2020 conference program. The third-annual event, which will be held on March 26, 2020 at the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara, also features presentations from the IoT Security Foundation, Arm, Trusted Computing Group, Wind River, Green Hills Software, and others.
Brad Behm, Senior Principal Engineer at AWS IoT, will deliver a Keynote Address titled IoT Device Security: Cooperative Security Between Device and Cloud. The talk will focus on how IoT device developers can contribute to the end-to-end security of an IoT solution stack using well-defined strategies and engineering techniques.
The AWS IoT presentation will follow the opening Keynote Address from John Moor, Managing Director of the IoT Security Foundation, who will cover Security Begins at Product Inception and Doesn't End at Deployment.
Jorge Coronel, Product Manager, Security for Android Embedded at Google will join the automotive panel session “Can We Secure the Autonomous Vehicle?” The session, moderated by the Embedded Computing Design editorial staff, will focus on pressing security concerns for connected and autonomous vehicles spanning from ADAS systems to IVI platforms, and offer solutions that address them.
