“How The Holy Spirit Became My Best Friend: God Mends the Broken Pieces of Our Lives”: an encouraging discussion of faith and spiritual growth. “How The Holy Spirit Became My Best Friend: God Mends the Broken Pieces of Our Lives” is the creation of published author Irose Adams Thompson, a proud mother and native of Antigua and Barbuda who retired as a nurse from the East Orange Veterans Medical Center. Thompson earned a Bachelor of Theology degree from United Bible College and Seminary in Orlando, Florida, a Master of Arts from the Jamison College in Puerto Rico, and is the recipient of an honorary doctorate degree from Gracehill Tabernacle College in Newark, New Jersey.
Thompson shares, “The stories How the Holy Spirit Became My Best Friend and God Mends the Broken Pieces of My Life were birthed out of my personal relationship and encounter with the Holy Spirit, including a deep desire to embrace his presence. It was during my occupation as a nurse, as a wife, and my interaction with others that I am able to recount these stories. This is my personal story as a little girl growing up in Antigua, followed by me in USA.”
Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Irose Adams Thompson’s new book offers an intimate look into key life experiences that have shaped the author’s outlook on God.
Thompson shares in hopes of spreading the positive message of God’s grace while encouraging others in their own spiritual growth.
