Irvin Hernandez Included in Latino Leaders Magazine's 'Lawyers to Keep on the Watch' List
Irvin Hernandez, an associate in the Atlanta office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP, was named to Latino Leaders magazine's list of "Lawyers to Keep on the Watch."

According to the publication, inclusion on the list is based on nominations for Latino lawyers with "impressive backgrounds, successful work, and deep involvement in their community."
Hernandez focuses his practice on products liability litigation. He defends high-profile product liability, pharmaceutical, and medical device cases throughout the country in state and federal courts. He has experience litigating lawsuits from pre-suit claims, to single-plaintiff claims to consolidated or coordinated proceedings, concurrent federal and state litigation, and multidistrict litigation (MDL). Hernandez also helps advise these companies on regulatory, compliance, and risk management strategies as well as compliance matters governed by the FDA and other federal and state regulatory bodies.
Hernandez has said that he strives to make a meaningful impact in his profession and personal life. In his free time, he serves on various bar and community organizations to help increase diversity and to establish a pipeline of diverse candidates for involvement in the legal and local community. He is a member of the American Bar Association and currently volunteers with the AVLF Saturday Lawyers Program and Sleep in Heavenly Peace, Atlanta Intown Chapter. He is the Leadership Academy Co-Chair for the Georgia Latino Law Foundation, the Director of Communications for the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association, and serves as a mentor for the Latin American Association, High School Mentoring Program. Hernandez also maintains a diverse pro bono practice and serves in various leadership roles both inside and outside of the firm.
