Brown also showed in cross examination of witnesses that Plaintiffs had sustained no actual, recoverable damages in both the derivative and individual claims.
Other notable trial wins for Brown include a $2,950,000 verdict for his client in a business fraud case against a publicly traded company and two of its directors, and his successful defense of a Fortune 500 company in a $30,000,000 fraud and breach of contract jury trial.
