IT Directorship Announces Equity Value Unit Plan and Initial Stakeholder Grant

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, July 29, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- IT Directorship (Kerrisdale IT Consulting Inc.), part of the Kerrisdale Group of Companies, a boutique information technology advisory and assurance firm, today announced that its board of directors have approved and launched an Equity Value Unit Plan "EVUP" that links long term employee incentives with business value creation. This unique plan allocates 200000 units (split between two classes) equating to 100% of the company's equity value.

This plan builds on the strong sense of entrepreneurial spirit that was established by its founders and strengthens the company's efforts towards wealth creation for employees, enhanced shareholder returns and ultimately a superior client experience.

The Equity Value Unit Plan "EVUP", under which grants will vest based on a blend of time and performance, aims to align employee interest with shareholder value creation; to incentivize, attract and retain key talent; and reward employee performance with ownership equivalent units. The grants allocated to employees are based on challenging growth and performance criteria including, but not limited to key performance indicators such as sales growth, operating margins, and community engagement. The initial grant includes members of IT Directorships recently appointed senior management team Tristan Harvey and Daniel Cooper.
