This vendor has received strong positive emotional scores in many areas including efficiency, time saving, client-friendly policies, friendly negotiation, and enabling productivity, resulting in its championship number-two spot. Micro Focus Asset Manager earned second place in many areas, including providing unique features with a net-promoter score of +90%, and ultimately takes championship placement in third position. CA IT Asset Manager Software takes the number-four spot, shining brightly in continually improving, with a net-promoter score of +94%. Belarc BelManage scored exceptionally well in the reliability category, with a net-promoter score of +100%, while ManageEngine Desktop Central received a remarkable score of +92% for generosity.
