LAS VEGAS, May 4, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb -- Allettante Inc. has made a capital investment in Italcream Inc., the innovative Las Vegas gelato manufacturing company, announced Tony Garcia, Allettante Managing Partner. The Allettante team will manage Italcream business operations including finances, supply chain, marketing and expansion plans.

Founded in 1980 in Las Vegas by Giovanni Parente, Italcream was the first authentic Italian gelato manufacturer in Nevada. Adriano Parente began working with his father at age 12 learning to make gelato from classic Italian recipes. In 2011 Adriano, a graduate of San Francisco's California Culinary Academy, assumed management of the family business and expanded the Italcream product line with a variety of flavors served by casinos and restaurants throughout Las Vegas.

When Giovanni returned to Las Vegas his reputation for making the finest quality gelato and sorbet grew quickly and attracted the business of leading casinos and restaurants.
