Scarabeo Ceramiche Srl, the lead designer of the awarded Sanitary Ware project Fuji 70R explained, “The quality of the product is generated by a careful choice of materials like ceramic, steel bar and solid oak wood but also by the precision of the manufacturing process. Ceramic is a low-tech material, in this case used as a high-tech material, getting it closer to materials that have softer outlines and hiding the drain hole with the ceramic plate. The Golden A' Design Award
The Golden A' Sanitary Ware Design Award is a prestigious award given to top 3% percentile furniture designs that has achieved an exemplary level of quality in design. Entries to the A' Sanitary Ware Design Awards are peer reviewed and anonymously voted by a grand jury panel following strict evaluation guidelines and entries are scored on predetermined evaluation criteria. Laureates of the A' Design Award & Competition are granted the A' Design Prize which includes a series of PR and publicity tools to celebrate the success of winning the accolades.
