Signature conference highlights key trends and technologies in a new human-driven era of marketing.

Iterable, the leading cross-channel platform for unified customer experiences, today hosts its global virtual conference, Activate Live, to highlight stories, insights and strategies from the makers of some of the world’s most compelling marketing campaigns. The virtual event, airing live today until 2:30 p.m. PT, features an incredible lineup of speakers. Kicking off the conference are headline speakers Bozoma Saint John, Global Chief Marketing Officer of Netflix; Tasha Reasor, VP of Demand Generation and Customer Marketing at Iterable; and Sara Varni, Chief Marketing Officer of Twilio, who will discuss building human connections digitally, emphasizing inclusion and creating the future of customer experience.

Today’s speakers also include Gina Igwe, Sr. Director, CRM of DoorDash, who will discuss the key steps to delivering individualized customer experiences, as well as Alexandra Farrar, Senior Manager, Email & Retention Marketing, of Cars.com, who will speak about understanding consumer behavior throughout their cross-channel buyer journey. To continue the conversation around managing customers’ new brand relationship expectations, Mike Hotz, Sr. Value Consultant of Iterable, will provide a deep-dive through the must-know consumer trends to capture the hearts and minds of audiences today, specifically how they can impact marketing success.

Iterable co-founder and CEO Justin Zhu and VP of Product Bela Stepanova will emphasize how we are now in the human-driven era of marketing. They will highlight three capabilities—Brand Affinity™, Campaign Analytics and SMS Opt-Out—that contribute to Iterable’s vision of a customer experience built on values, personal connection and empathy.
