iTexico Launches New Delivery Center in Central Mexico
AUSTIN, TX (PRWEB) June 07, 2017 -- Seizing upon the explosive growth of Mexico as the new global focal point for technology and software development, iTexico has announced the opening of its second software development delivery center in the country.
The development center in Aguascalientes, located in central Mexico, further expands iTexico’s technology investment and footprint in the country -- joining the existing Delivery Center in Guadalajara, which opened in 2011. Both development centers will coordinate seamlessly with iTexico’s headquarters operations in Austin, TX, to provide US clients with the benefits of the company’s “nearshoring” service model.
Through nearshoring - sharing of the same border, iTexico is able to deliver to its clients the benefits of outsourcing -- while benefiting from the convenience of Mexico’s proximity and time zone advantages, growing technology talent capacity, and greater cultural alignment, than through more off-shore resources around the globe.
The demand for iTexico’s effective and scalable Extended Team as a Service nearshore model has necessitated the growth into Aguascalientes, “As part of our expansion plans at iTexico, it is important to have alternative sources for attracting talent,” said Guillermo Ortega, Chief Operating Officer, iTexico. “Aguascalientes is emerging as a city with great potential, and because of its proximity to Guadalajara, it facilitates integration with existing teams in our Delivery Center and giving our growing customer base more capacity.”
The formal grand opening of the Aguascalientes office is scheduled for June 9, 2017. Aguascalientes local officials, and other technology dignitaries are expected to be on hand to offer congratulations and herald the arrival of the new center.
The office is located within the NODUS Business Center, at Av. Aguascalientes Norte No. 517, Fracc. Bosques del Prado Sur., Aguascalientes, Ags. C.P. 20130.
