IvoryCloud teamed with Appsential, LLC to win the work at the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Science (SC). During the course of the contract, IvoryCloud continues to engage as the Subject Matter Experts on the DOE PAMS system.
GERMANTOWN, Md., Oct. 29, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- IvoryCloud has been selected to contribute to the definition, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Science (SC) Portfolio Analysis Management System (PAMS). This work was awarded under Prime Contractor Appsential and will be performed at DOE Headquarters in Germantown, MD. PAMS currently supports over 37,000 internal and external users.
PAMS interacts with several mission-critical systems, including the Government-wide portal for financial assistance applications, Grants.gov. Additionally, PAMS integrates with the core procurement and data warehouse systems for DOE, and the SC Financial Management Systems.
PAMS is a web-based application that is used by DOE to manage the Financial Assistance process for the Office of Science at the Department of Energy, which includes Grants, Cooperative Agreements, and Inter-Agency Agreements. PAMS currently supports almost the entire lifecycle for Financial Assistance for DOE's Scientific Programs and the Small Business Innovation Research/Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) program from the earliest stages of Solicitation planning to the management and modification of Awards. During the course of this contract, PAMS will continue to evolve and expand the current capabilities to complete the Financial Assistance life cycle by including closeout functionality, as well as cover the process for funding DOE National Laboratories.
