The company, which has built its reputation on expert consultancy and support of the Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll modules, has designed a Software as a Service package that includes a number of extensions that enhance the core set-up. This creates a single solution that can bring a globally dispersed workforce together on one centrally managed platform, without becoming cost prohibitive.
The solution combines Core HR, Onboarding, Collaboration and any one of the other SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules. Further, it incorporates direct and single sign on access to SAP on premise payroll, Employee Central Payroll, and iXerv’s own cloud native Punch Payroll designed for the smaller longtail satellites or remote geographies. This is implemented and deployed via streamlined best practice processes developed using iXerv’s extensive experience.
As well as significantly reducing implementation costs and time to value, iXerv spreads the total investment in the solution across a unique “pay as you go” consumption model, which will expand the market appeal.
