Jamba, a pioneer in the smoothie world serves on-the-go freshly blended fruit and vegetable smoothies along with made-to-order bowls, fresh-squeezed juices and shots, boosts and more.
The smoothie giant was formerly known as Jamba Juice but dropped "Juice" from its name in 2019, to reflect its expanded menu. At the same time, they added a new menu, logo, website, location remodel and are now updating their digital tools, including FranchiseBlast.
Founded in 1990 within California, Jamba was in the business of smoothies when it was cutting edge. As the category has become more mature, Jamba is pivoting in terms of technology. As part of that, Jamba is joining other members of the Focus family of brands on the FranchiseBlast platform, such as Cinnabon, Auntie Anne's, Schlotzsky's, McAlister's Deli and Moe's Southwest Grill.

Jamba's evaluation has all the things that you would expect, such as quality, marketing and cleanliness, but it goes above and beyond, by asking staff to focus on "making the guest's day," and it requires staff to show pride in their work.
The platform is rolled out in 2020.
