James S. Farrin Receives First Patent for Work with Durham Legal Case Management Software, GrowPath
James S. Farrin, owner of a leading NC law firm, received his first patent for his work with GrowPath, an innovative, Durham-based, legal case management software company. Farrin's patent, granted February 5, was accompanied by four other GrowPath patents, released between January and February 2019.

Farrin, founder and owner of one of the largest plaintiffs' firms in North Carolina, the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin, was granted his first patent for his work with GrowPath, a legal case management software company headquartered in Durham, North Carolina.
Farrin's patent, D839,903, relates to the original design of the staff directory page in the GrowPath software, and is one of five new patents GrowPath received between January 15 and February 19 — continuing its trend of accomplishing what no other legal case management software company has achieved.

U.S. Patents D838,287 and D839,296 were issued in late January, while D839,902; D839,903; and D841,040 were issued in early February.
