With JOINGO, Jamul Casino receives leading-edge mobile technology that allows effective engagement with every patron via their mobile device. Additionally, Jamul will have access to the Joingo console, where they will be able to create geofences, segment patrons, send targeted location-based messages and use Joingo Insights®, our business intelligence and reporting platform.
The Jamul Casino app allows Sweetwater Rewards® members account access using their current credentials with insight into tier level, points balance, comps and offers. Patrons have visibility to current promotions and a direct connection to their Casino Hosts through the app. Users can also access an array of property information as well as book dining reservations through an integration to Open Table.
To complement the new app, Jamul Casino integrated JOINGO's Player Portal with their website. Player Portal allows patrons all the convenience of the app with easy account access through any mobile or desktop device.
