Jason Wilk - Former Worden Capital Management Financial Advisor - Subject of Recently Filed Investor Suit Alleging Churning
Rex Securities Law recently filed a FINRA arbitration suit against New York based Worden Capital Management on behalf of a New Jersey resident. The suit alleges that former Worden Capital Management broker Jason Wilk made unsuitable and risky investment recommendations and churned the account causing significant losses.

The suit alleges that Worden Capital Management failed to supervise their agent, Jason Wilk, who recommended unsuitable and risky investments, traded the account without authority and churned the account, causing significant losses to our client's account.
