Having worked with over 500 global companies and written 15 books and over a hundred articles and book chapters, Jay Conger is much sought after by reputed journals and periodicals such as the 'Harvard Business Review' and the 'Wall Street Journal'.
Among his research interests, Conger has explored and written on leadership, organizational change, boards of directors, and the training and development of leaders and managers. He has taught at the Harvard Business School, INSEAD (France), the London Business School, McGill University, and the University of Southern California.
