The transaction closed on Friday, 30 June, 2023 with approval from owners Adrian and Lorraine Newman.
Established in 1991 by Adrian and Lorraine Newman, PowerCad provides electrical engineering design software and services that are second to none for the Australian industry. Offering a range of products, PowerCad's innovative, robust software helps building contractors, engineers, and manufacturers design integrated electrical systems in less time so they can increase profitability and grow their business.
