Jennifer Wollmann Elected to Lead MIAMI Commercial Realtors
MIAMI (PRWEB) April 11, 2019 -- The MIAMI Association of Realtors Commercial (MIAMI Commercial) elected Jennifer Wollmann, CIPS as its 2019 president. She and the 2019 MIAMI Commercial Board of Governors were installed Feb. 1 at MIAMI’s 2019 Inaugural and Awards Celebration.
“With more than 2,000 members, MIAMI Commercial is the largest leading commercial Realtor association in Florida and one of the largest in the nation,” Wollmann said. “Our 2019 MIAMI Commercial priorities includes expanding commercial services, education, the South Florida Commercial MLS, technology and social media.”
MIAMI Commercial leaders impact key policy decisions and important issues affecting the South Florida commercial industry, analyze information, are actively and visibly involved in events and programming, and promote Miami and South Florida commercial and investment real estate worldwide. MIAMI represents nearly 50,000 residential, commercial, and international real estate professionals.
Wollmann was raised in South America and is fluent in Spanish. Wollmann moved to Miami 28 years ago from the San Francisco Bay Area and fell in love with South Florida. Wollmann has been a licensed Realtor for 20 years and is known in the community as the “go-to” person for real estate, local events and activities and legislative information. As an active volunteer and ardent advocate she is up to date on legislative issues, enabling her to bring additional perspective to the real estate transaction.
In addition to serving as 2019 MIAMI Commercial president, Wollman is the vice chair of Florida Realtors Attainable and Workforce Housing Committee, a member of the National Association of Realtors Commercial Committee and sits on the board of directors for both Florida Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
She previously served on the Miami Dade County Public School’s Site Selection, Planning, and Construction Committee, the Florida Realtors’ Smart Growth Committee, the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Environment and Education committees, the Grievance Committee for the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County, and the Village of Pinecrest's Planning Board and Transportation Master Plan Steering Committee.
