Jessica Schatz Launches Inaugural Fitness Video Series

LOS ANGELES, June 4, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- On June 14th, 2019, Jessica Schatz, The Core Expert™, will launch her inaugural online fitness video series. Her instruction focuses on Pilates and yoga, with workouts for beginners to the aficionado. Until now, Schatz's expertise was available only to her elite, one-on-one clientele, including celebrities, professional athletes, billionaires and royalty alike, as well as attendees of her guest teaching appearances with select groups in Los Angeles. Schatz is launching the series in order to make her extensive knowledge available to anyone.

The initial series will include five videos:
1. Burn & Breathe Yoga
A simple, yet challenging series Jessica teaches that's designed to build heat in the body, by mindfully connecting breath to movement, while maintaining a sense of inner calm. Mindful breathing is the key to maintaining a balanced state of being.
2. Morning Moves
How we start our morning is key to setting the tone for the day. When starting each day with mindfulness of breath and body, it sets us up for success: success in how we feel, how we function, and how we show up in life. This video is designed to get you feeling centered, stable, and strong… and ready to start your day with focus, clarity, and energy.
3. Hard Core Flow
Jessica designed this program to improve core strength and core stability, because a strong and stable core improves posture, athletic performance, everyday function and well-being, and helps to prevent low-back pain.
4. Low Back Health
Worldwide, back pain is the single leading cause of disability. And about 80% of adults at some point in their lives experience often debilitating low back pain. In this class, Jessica guides you through a sequence that utilizes proper mechanics of core work so you can help heal, or prevent, low back pain, and function at a higher level.
5. Pilates Mini Mat
This class is a portion of the classical Pilates Mat Sequence. With Jessica's extensive experience in and love for Pilates, the Pilates Mini Mat was a must. Joseph Pilates defined his work as a way to thoroughly unify, and elevate, the body, mind, and spirit. The six Pilates principles – Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow – are the foundation of the Pilates approach to exercise, which makes it so unique in the fitness world.
