Leadership Expansion Marks a Major Milestone in JINLAW's Mission to Unite Professionals, Foster Leadership, Combat Antisemitism and All Forms of Hatred
NEW YORK, Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Jewish American Insurance & Legal Professionals Association (JINLAW) announced the launch of its first local chapter in New York City, along with the formation of its National Young Professionals Group, marking a significant step in the organization's continued national growth and commitment to empowering professionals across the legal and insurance industries.
The inaugural New York City Chapter will be led by Shannon Saks, Esq., of Cozen O'Connor, and Donna Carotenuto of Magna Legal Services, who will serve as the chapter's founding leaders. Their leadership will help establish a vibrant community dedicated to professional networking, education, mentorship, community engagement, and advocacy.
In addition, Jocelyn Gold of Sompo International will lead JINLAW's National Young Professionals Group. The initiative will focus on engaging the next generation of legal and insurance professionals through mentorship, networking opportunities, leadership development, and membership recruitment.

Donna Carotenuto, Co-Chair of the New York City Chapter, said she sees tremendous opportunity for the organization to make a meaningful impact. The launch of the New York City Chapter represents the first of several planned local chapters that will extend JINLAW's reach throughout the United States.
