Over the course of his career, he has toured around the world 39 times with his 2014 tour marking his 40th headlining trek. He has released 27 studio albums in his career including 67 singles. Among his most popular tracks that fans will hope to hear include “Volcano,” “Come Monday,” “Fins,” and “Pencil Thin Mustache.”
The 68-year-old native of Berkley, Calif., John Fogerty has been around since 1959 and has had a long and established career in the music business. He has had an extensive career as a member of the band Creedence Clearwater Revival and as a solo artist. Fogarty is one of the best all-around musicians of all time, having been named to Rolling Stone magazine’s 100 greatest singers (number 72) and 100 greatest guitarists (number 40). Fans will want to hear Fogarty perform all of his hits as a solo artist and the songs he helped make famous with Creedence Clearwater Revival.
Comerica Park opened in 2000 and is home of the Detroit Tigers from Major League Baseball. The facility has also seen countless musical and special attraction events in its history including Eminem, The Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, Bon Jovi, Paul McCartney and even saw Buffett perform here in 2012.
