He is a member of the American and Delaware State Bar Associations, the American Association for Justice, the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, the Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is a Past President of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association. He is a former member of the State of Delaware Workers' Compensation Health Care Advisory Panel, serving as the Panel's Chair, as well the State of Delaware Workers' Compensation Task Force. He is the Injured Workers' Representative on the State of Delaware Workers' Compensation Oversight Panel and is currently serving as the Panel's Chair. He is also the Vice Chair of the Delaware Superior Court Civil Rules Committee.
