Maddox started his career as a CPA in public accounting, working with companies of all sizes. He then went to work for a Fortune 500 company for the next 14 years in a variety of roles, including Finance, Revenue Growth Management, and Sales Strategy. Over the course of his career, Maddox had the opportunity to develop and observe many of the strategic skills and characteristics that make both organizations and professionals successful. That experience, combined with his passion for coaching and desire to help people be their best, is what led him to The Growth Coach.
