Evive announced John McDonnell has been promoted to president and CEO. McDonnell succeeds Prashant Srivastava, who served as president and CEO since 2017 after Peter Saravis, who co-founded Evive with Srivastava in 2007, and was CEO from 2007-2017, stepped down.
CHICAGO, May 9, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Evive, the leader in digital engagement and communications technology, today announced that after five years with the company, John McDonnell has been promoted to president and CEO. McDonnell succeeds Prashant Srivastava, who served as president and CEO since 2017 after Peter Saravis, who co-founded Evive with Srivastava in 2007, and was CEO from 2007-2017, stepped down.
Under the new leadership structure, Srivastava will transfer to executive chairman of Evive's Board of Directors and support the ongoing successful execution of Evive's long-term strategic plan. Saravis assumed the role of executive chairman in 2017, and will continue to serve on Evive's Board, maintaining an active role in identifying and planning strategies that drive ongoing growth and product innovation for the company.

Previously, McDonnell was CFO at Infogix, Inc., a leading provider of data solutions, where he oversaw finance, revenue management, accounting and risk management. Earlier in his career, John held finance and accounting roles at SAVO and Interface Software.
