Taiwan Tourism Bureau is promoting its tourism theme of the year – The Charming Small Towns in Taiwan. A brand new Taiwan Pavilion is designed for the theme and is inspired by the iconic Zhiyang Gate of Miaoli Nanjhuang Lion’s Head Mountain (Mt. Shitou) with Hakka style decorations. The pavilion will be launched at the San Diego Travel & Adventure Show between Jan 19 – 20 at the San Diego Convention Center. Taiwan Travel experts will be there to share unique itineraries to explore these charming small towns in Taiwan; SITA World Tours, China Airlines and EVA Air will also be promoting exclusive discounts for Taiwan products and flights during the event.

The beloved Tea Station of Southern California will offer Bubble Tea tasting for booth visitors. To help promoting the Bureau’s Charming Small Towns’ theme, Tea Station has prepared a traditional tea serving set for an interactive tea tasting game; booth attendees will get to learn about the authentic Taiwan local culture through the engaging experience. STC Foundation, a shining star at this year’s Rose Parade, will be performing at the organizer’s Global Beats Stage to showcase Taiwan traditional dances with a modern twist; don’t miss out on this eclectic temple celebratory dance performance if you are interested in cultural tours!

Lucky participants will receive itinerary planning service discount from Journy and a special offer to receive an exclusive gift from the 5-star Palais de Chine Hotel in Taipei (for direct booking); there will also be a raffle drawing for a chance to win round trip flight tickets (LAX to TPE) from China Airlines and EVA Air or a $500 value Taiwan tour package discount from SITA World Tours.
