Mangum started with the recruitment firm in 2016 as the Director of Strategy, and since that time, he has been a key driver in the continuous growth of the company. Mangum's initial objective was to develop strategic marketing initiatives to build the Search Solution Group brand. Mangum has contributed to many of the strategic decisions that have affected Search Solution Group.
