Joye, who serves as the head of the firm’s litigation department, practices catastrophic injury and products liability cases. He is based out of the firm’s headquarters in Charleston, South Carolina.
Mark rose to national prominence in the late 1990s when he litigated a serious of major liability cases against auto manufacturers, including a wrongful death action that yielded the largest personal injury verdict in South Carolina history.
Joye, a board certified Trial Advocate, has also been recognized in Best Lawyers in America, was named a local Litigation Star and holds an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating available. He is the former head of the South Carolina Association for Justice (formerly the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association) and is a respected author and speaker.
