New director brings 20 years of project management and business development in medical, healthcare and engineering industries to newly created leadership position

Tiffany brings with her 20 years of experience in managing projects, sales teams and large accounts for leading medical device manufacturers, including Johnson & Johnson, Smith & Nephew, Medtronic, and most recently Stryker. Her extensive experience in the healthcare and medtech space, along with her keen insights into trends in medical product development, will help accelerate growth at Kaleidoscope Innovation as well as help their partners achieve the goal to put winning solutions into the hands of targeted users.

She has worked extensively with clients in pharmaceuticals, hospital systems, ORs, primary care, gynecology, women's health and engineering fields. Furthermore, she was a manager at J&J in the neurology space. In addition, her entrepreneurial drive is evident from owning a consulting business that focused on sales training and leadership development.
