Kane Russell Coleman Logan continues to grow with the addition of three experienced attorneys. Caleb Davis and John Sigety have joined the Dallas office as Associates, and Paul Hammer has joined the Houston office as a Senior Attorney.

These newest members of the KRCL team are Caleb Davis and John Sigety, who join the Litigation Group in Dallas, and Paul Hammer, who joins the Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Creditors' Rights Group in Houston.

Caleb Davis joins the firm as an Associate in the Litigation Group in Dallas, where he will continue to work on complex business litigation, including securities fraud, investor fraud, shareholder oppression, corporate governance, and other matters. Caleb holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, as well as a Master of Public Affairs from the Lyndon B. Johnson Presidential School at the University of Texas. Prior to pursuing a career in law, Caleb served as a Captain, aviator, and intelligence officer in the United States Marine Corps. He flew the CH-53e Sea Stallion and planned counterinsurgency operations for NATO Regional Command in southwest Afghanistan.
John Sigety also joins the Dallas office as an Associate in the Litigation Group. A pragmatic, results-oriented litigator, John represents clients in a wide range of complex business disputes, as well as cases involving construction defects and product liability claims. He also represents medical professionals in a variety of matters, including medical board investigations.
As a Senior Associate in the Houston office, Paul Hammer represents clients in all facets of bankruptcy and restructuring, including work-outs and related litigation. Paul also has extensive experience in high-stakes litigation. His success has made him a sought-after speaker and he frequently participates in CLEs, webinars and panel discussions. Paul has been ranked by Best Lawyers® since 2018, was a national finalist for the American Bankruptcy Institute's Top 40 Under 40, and was inducted into Caribbean Business's Top 40 Under 40 in 2016 when he was practicing in Puerto Rico.
