Karmascore Launches Mental Health-Focused Relationship Tracking App
Karmascore is a digital journaling app designed to help users monitor the quality of their interpersonal relationships. The app works for any relationship, be it spouse, friend, family member, or coworker. For each relationship, users enter memories and have the option to also rate those memories on a scale from -100 to 100. The app automatically calculates a "Karmascore" for each relationship that allows users to gauge the health of their relationships over time.

The app is an intimate safe space to input your interactions and create memories with friends, family member, coworkers and any other relationships of your choosing. Along with recording memories, you may also rate your interactions on a scale of -100 to 100. For each relationship, these scores are summed to calculate a "Karmascore." The app automatically generates a graph of each relationship's Karmascore to provide users a sense of how the quality of their relationships are evolving over time. Have a friend who borrows more than they lend? There's also a feature to keep an eye on how much money you may be giving to someone. The goal is simple: by providing users an objective view of their interpersonal interactions that is less subject to biases, users are empowered to make more informed decisions about their relationships.
Those in toxic or abusive relationships may find the app especially useful to help identify repeated harmful behaviors. Conversely, you may discover that you need to better reciprocate kindness to someone in your network. Angel / Demon Mode allows users to hide their memories from the main menu for an extra layer of security. Need catharsis when ending a toxic relationship?
