With over 13 years of experience serving clients in the government contracting, software/technology and professional services industries, Kate has managed and assisted her clients with a variety of tax compliance, accounting for income taxes, multistate planning, international reporting and merger and acquisition projects.

Kate graduated from Elon University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and received a Master of Business Administration degree from George Mason University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
