She was invited to be a keynote speaker at the HarrisMartin MDL Conference, the Women En Mass Tort Retreat and the Alliance for Women Trial Lawyers 2018 Fall Conference. Alongside advocating for her clients on a daily basis, she regularly works to advocate for women in law, an industry predominantly run by men.
The Women En Mass Tort Retreat is an annual event that consists of a weekend retreat in Aspen, CO. The event will be taking place September 23-25th. Kelly Hyman will be speaking on September 25th at 3:35 pm discussing an overview of today's hottest mass torts. Women En Mass has been hosting weekend retreats for the past five years. They work each year to bring together the best female mass tort attorneys across the country to share cases, opinions, and discuss the resounding issues they face in the courtroom each day. It's also the perfect place to relax and regroup, and build connections with other women in the industry.
The Alliance for Women Trial Lawyers announced their 2018 Fall Conference will run between October 27-29th at the Ritz Carlton in New Orleans. Kelly Hyman will be co-hosting and speaking at the event. In addition to the events above, Kelly will also be speaking at the HarrisMartin MDL Conference: The Mass Tort Litigation Landscape - A Critical Analysis, on September 26th at 9 am. She will be discussing Complex Litigation: Ethical Conundrums alongside a group of panelists. The event is hosted every year and invites leaders in the industry to share their ideas and experiences.
