MacPherson is the former Chief Information Officer for Burger King, Popeyes and Tim Hortons, and has led technology for Abercrombie and Fitch, MICROS, Planet Hollywood, and Hard Rock Cafe.

She pioneered guest receipt surveys and has been a champion of feedback through other major economic downturns and looks forward to using her abilities to guide brands through the “new normal.”
