The Comfort Suites Kelowna recently received the Silver Hospitality Award for being in the top 25 per cent of more than 300 Choice Hotels Canada locations across the country.

The franchiser of 10 hotel brands, including Comfort Suites, Comfort Inn, Quality Inn and the Ascend Hotel Collection, Choice Hotels Canada recently started the new silver tier designation to its hospitality awards. Assessed from independent quality reviews and guest satisfaction reports, the awards recognize properties that have excelled in meeting consumer expectations, including high standards in customer service, housekeeping and product quality.
