Kelser Corporation Acquires Foundation Systems Group, LLC
East Hartford, CT (PRWEB) September 03, 2013 -- Kelser Corporation, a leading provider of technology solutions, announced today the completion of the acquisition of Foundation Systems Group, LLC (FSG), a Connecticut based network infrastructure specialist firm. The buyout comes after a recent expansion of Kelser’s East Hartford, CT headquarters and demo center. The FSG acquisition enhances the company’s networking infrastructure arm of their Professional Services group and aligns with Kelser’s short and long term objectives.
After weeks of negotiations between the two companies, the transaction was announced as an all cash buyout for an undisclosed sum effective August 22, 2013.
Ryan Zaushny, FSG’s co-founder and Principal Consultant, will join Kelser in a leadership role, managing their networking infrastructure practice. Zaushny co-founded FSG in 2000 and has over 20 years of industry experience. The company has flourished through the years, providing networking-centric products, services, and solutions to customers worldwide. The synergies between FSG and Kelser led to the acquisition.
