Kevin Seawright And RPS Solutions LLC Help Another First Time Baltimore Home Buyer

Kevin Seawright and RPS Solutions LLC have completed another contract for a home in the Baltimore area. This time, Kevin was enlisted to help Tyra Hudgins, a first time home buyer, in the purchase of a newly renovated  townhouse.

This isn't the first time Kevin Seawright or RPS Solutions LLC has assisted in a home purchase in Baltimore. The company is dedicated to providing home ownership assistance for home buyers throughout the city, with a focus on first time buyers. The RPS Solutions mission statement as advertised on their website is to "create a more diverse society, where home ownership is achieved and communities and people can develop their full potential". RPS Solutions LLC assists home buyers in finding affordable housing options, and through years of experiences, provides supportive solutions to many problems that could arise during the process. Their expertise and commitment to their community has transformed neighborhoods and improved the economic status for residents in the Baltimore area. Seawright was extremely pleased to have the opportunity to assist Ms. Hudgins, whose family have been dedicated members of the Baltimore City educational landscape for years, procure her first home. "Assisting with her dream of home ownership was an honor to be a part of - for myself and for RPS Solutions as well", Seawright said.

This most recent property is located at 5401 Bucknell Road and is a 1,152 square foot townhouse that was originally built in 1959, but was renovated to incorporate modern updates and amenities. The property features 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a fully revamped kitchen complete with new appliances, hardwood floors, recessed lighting, and crown molding. It sits on a 9,453 square foot lot and also offers a large yard - perfect for outdoor entertaining. The home is also located in popular revitalization zones of the city of Baltimore.

The property is perfectly placed for engaging in the local Baltimore scene, with fast access to 29 restaurants and 5 grocery stores nearby. Most appealing to Ms. Hudgins was the property's close access to 1 elementary school and  3 district middle schools, which is complimentary when looking to the future and planning a family.

Tyra Hudgins worked in conjunction with the city of Baltimore to help acquire funding for the home, and was awarded the Baltimore City Employees Assistance Grant through her efforts. This grant, in addition to the excellent guidance provided by RPS Solutions LLC to prospective home buyers, made Ms. Hudgins' dreams of becoming a homeowner possible.
