Kew Green Holdings Ltd. now largest Holiday Inn franchise partner in Europe
London, UK (PRWEB UK) 3 December 2014 -- Kew Green Holdings Ltd (Kew Green) today completed the acquisition of two remaining Holiday Inn hotels from LRG Holdings Ltd, bringing its portfolio of Holiday Inn branded hotels to 40 confirming it as InterContinental Hotels Group’s (IHG) largest Holiday Inn franchise partner across Europe.

The final two hotels are located in Swindon and Portsmouth and will continue to trade as Holiday Inn Hotels under new franchise agreements.
Kew Green have committed to invest £25m across the estate of 21 hotels which it acquired from LRG Holdings Ltd and will see them all benefit from a comprehensive refurbishment. The acquisition takes Kew Green’s portfolio to 55 hotels across the UK with almost 6,700 bedrooms in total.
