Business entrepreneur and Army veteran Jacob Bolson is thrilled to bring Keyrenter’s professional property management experience and reputation to Huntersville, North Carolina, covering Charlotte, Cornelius, Mount Holly and surrounding areas. Jacob is already busy helping clients maximize their investments by finding the best tenants for their properties, handling repairs and maintenance, and collecting monthly rent invoices.

Jacob first became interested in real estate back in college. He helped his father remodel a rental property and experienced first-hand how his hard work could become a profitable business. While in the Army he continued gaining property management experience, helping fellow service members rent and manage their properties.

After the military, Jacob earned his MBA and gained valuable management and technology experience in the waste management industry. When he decided the time was right to start his own business, Jacob knew professional property management would be a great fit to leverage all of his skills and experience.

The thriving franchise system anticipates growing to 130 franchise partners through 2022, representing more than a 200% increase in franchise partners over the next three years.
