As of December 1, 2016, Verlan Kwan has been promoted to Of Counsel with the firm. She has dedicated herself to Keystone’s probate practice area and has provided essential services to her clients and the firm’s team members with her extensive knowledge of probate law and procedures. Ms. Kwan has been practicing in this area for more than 6 years since November of 2010. Ms. Kwan has also assisted with training and personnel development at the firm. Ms. Kwan’s regular job duties include overseeing the firm’s probate administration department, as well as, assisting and consulting in the firm’s litigation department.
