Kidder Group, led by Newport Beach native Heather Kidder, has joined Pacific Sotheby's International Realty, bringing nearly 30 years of local market expertise and more than $3 billion in career sales. The team ranked among the nation's top 100 small teams in the 2026 RealTrends Verified rankings published by The Wall Street Journal.
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Pacific Sotheby's International Realty today announced that the Kidder Group, one of the nation's top-performing real estate teams, has joined its Newport Beach office. Led by Newport Beach native Heather Kidder, the four-member team ranked among the top 100 small teams in the country in the 2026 RealTrends Verified rankings published by The Wall Street Journal and closed more than $170 million in sales volume in 2025. Over the course of her career, Kidder and her team have completed more than $3 billion in residential sales.
Kidder has spent nearly 30 years representing buyers and sellers throughout Newport Beach and coastal Orange County. A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, she grew up in a family of real estate brokers, interior designers and custom home builders, giving her an early appreciation for both the financial and deeply personal significance of a home.
That perspective has shaped a business built largely on long-standing relationships, referrals and deep knowledge of the Newport Beach market. A significant portion of the team's business is conducted privately, reflecting both the strength of Kidder's local relationships and the discretion many of her clients seek.
"After nearly 30 years in Newport Beach real estate, I know that the most important thing we can do is continue finding better ways to serve our clients," said Kidder. "Pacific Sotheby's International Realty gives us the opportunity to pair the relationships and local knowledge we've built over decades with extraordinary global reach, marketing and a network of advisors in the markets that matter to our clients. I'm incredibly proud of this team and excited about what we can build together."
"Heather has built the kind of business that can only come from decades of experience, exceptional market knowledge and trusted client relationships," said Martha Mosier, President of Pacific Sotheby's International Realty. "The Kidder Group is an important addition to the firm, and their decision to join us reflects the caliber of advisors who see an opportunity to grow their business here. We are delighted to welcome them."
Kidder Group includes Heather Kidder, Principal; Doug Andrews, Director of Operations; Cherie Axelson, Sales Associate; and Sara Taylor, Broker Associate.
