Two high-profile speaking engagements emphasize the benefits of nurturing corporate talent across diverse backgrounds
CAMARILLO, Calif., July 9, 2025 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Kim Jones, Founder and CEO of Kim Jones Alliance (KJA), a leading resource for maximizing workplace outcomes through fostering high performing cultures, has just completed two high-profile speaking engagements emphasizing the ongoing need for inclusive corporate leadership in the wake of the current Administration's attacks on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs.
At the 2025 North American Regional Conference for LEA held in Nashville in June, 2025, Jones addressed the enormous potential that allyship and inclusive leadership presents to creating high performing, engaged teams in her keynote Unlocking the Power of Allyship and Inclusive Leadership. Jones defined why it's critical to keep work environments open and inclusive to talent and influence from all groups. She shared practical, actionable ways to continue fostering trust and a sense of belonging where all can thrive in response to the forced dismantling of formal DEI programs that many organizations have pursued in light of recent anti-DEI executive orders.
"Kim's keynote was a powerful reminder that building a workplace where everyone feels they belong isn't just the right thing to do, it's how we unlock the full potential of our teams. Her data-driven approach sparked meaningful dialogue and delivered practical tools to help us all grow as allies and inclusive leaders when creating space for learning and connection matters more than ever," said Ashley Lampen, Director of Marketing & Communications, LEA Global.
In April of this year, Jones delivered the keynote speech at the Engineers for Professional Inclusion Conference (EPIC) for UCLA's Society of Women Engineers (SWE). She stressed the importance of individuals contributing their unique talents to their professional pursuits beyond their technical expertise as a way to stand out in workplaces where they may encounter workplace bias. EPIC is SWE's flagship event, engaging students, company representatives, and academics from a wide range of backgrounds in an open conversation about what it means to be inclusive in a professional environment.
In her keynote, Jones emphasized that the demand for talent from underrepresented groups, such as women engineers, will continue to rise as workers from diverse backgrounds increasingly make up a greater share of the workforce. She said, "Rather than retreating, many companies are rebranding their DEI initiatives in an effort to attract and retain top talent. Most people by now are well aware of the higher performance and engagement outcomes that companies who get inclusion right realize, and those companies staying the course stand to win the talent war as the workforce becomes more and more diverse."
Jones continued, "With data now coming in that captures organizational responses to the current Administrations mandates, I am thrilled to see that many companies are reacting by replacing formal DEI programs with embedded practices that will continue to support workers in underrepresented groups."
As companies continue to grapple with the Administration's mandates, Kim Jones Alliance (KJA) is supporting clients across multiple industries to identify strategies that carry the inclusion mantle forward.
