Mr. Massana has more than 15 years' experience in the information technology and analytics segment, most recently serving as Global Head of Customer Experience of Thomson Reuters, the world's leading source of news and information for professional markets and beforehand as CEO of Innovative Interfaces and President of Thomson Reuters Elite.
