The platform's newest release lets corporate security teams see only the threats that reach their own people, respond to each one through a guided workflow, and prove how they performed, all from a single screen.
ATLANTA, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Kinetic Global, a global provider of enterprise critical event management and emergency mass notification technology, today unveiled the next generation of its platform, an evolution that brings threat detection and incident response together in one place. The release gives corporate security teams a single screen to filter out global noise and focus on the events that reach their own people and facilities, move straight into a guided response, and capture a complete record of how the team performed.
For years, the tools built for critical event management treated detection and response as separate problems. Teams watched one system for incoming threats and reached for binders, spreadsheets, and document libraries when it was time to act. Kinetic Global built its platform to close that gap, and this release is the most complete version of that idea to date.
It starts with what a team sees. The volume of global threat data far exceeds what any operation can act on, and most of it never touches the organization. Command View, the platform's live monitoring map, now filters that stream down to the events that actually reach a company's own people, facilities, travelers, and shipments, and generates an exposure automatically when an asset moves into a threat radius. Instead of watching everything happening in the world, a team sees what applies to the assets it is responsible for, on one screen.
Peter Cahill, Chief Executive Officer of Kinetic Global, said the release reflects how the platform and its customers have matured together. "When we introduced our incident response module in 2024, the goal was to close the gap between an event happening and a team responding to it," Cahill said. "This release finishes the thought. A team now sees the threats that reach their own people, responds to each one the same way every time, and can show leadership exactly how it went, without leaving a single screen."
From there, the platform moves to the response. Event Manager, the next generation of the Incident Manager the company introduced at the DRI International Conference in 2024, converts an organization's written response procedures into guided digital workflows. As an analyst works through a response, the module prompts the correct next steps and can send the right notifications while information is still being gathered, rather than after the fact. Dedicated incident rooms, task ownership, and notification templates across more than 65 threat categories keep every stakeholder working from the same information, and responders can attach documents, call transcripts, and CCTV footage directly to the event record. Notifications reach recipients by email, SMS, and Teams, and the same templates support emergency mass notification for events that require reaching an entire population at once.
It closes the loop with proof. Every team gets a configurable analytics view of its own operations and can set the response-time targets it commits to, with dashboards that track each incident against those targets and flag responders and managers in real time when a response is on track or running behind. The total time each incident takes to resolve is captured automatically, along with every action taken during the event. The result is a complete, exportable record of who was notified, when, through which channel, and who responded, ready for executive review and for legal or compliance requirements without manual reconstruction after an incident.
Organizations that have moved off a patchwork of separate monitoring, alerting, and response systems and onto the platform report fewer vendors to manage, lower total cost, and faster response, with the time from a confirmed event to first notification dropping from tens of minutes to seconds.
