BEAUMONT, Texas, July 5, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- King of the Road Productions of Beaumont, TX announced that its weekly TV program "King of the Road Show HD" that airs on KOTR TV of Beaumont, Texas is celebrating its twelfth year of production. Jim King, the host of the show said, "Man, how time flies when you're having a royal time!"
The show is a live music and entertainment program which has aired continually since it's launching in mid-July 2006 on the old Fox Affiliate in Beaumont, TX – Fox 64. "It's been quite a ride… What started as just a dream, one camera and a computer, has grown into a full-fledged video and audio production studio – producing the weekly TV program, a daily radio show on Free 105.3, and many other video and audio projects," said Jim King, A.K.A. "Jim King of the Road," owner and producer of King of the Road Productions.
The TV show recently celebrated its 620th episode and currently airs three times per week in Southeast Texas – Saturday nights at 9:30 and Thursdays at 6:30 am… And Sundays at 12 noon on The CW. King also has a weekly segment airing every Friday during the Noon News on KFDM Channel 6 in Beaumont.
Jim King recently made a very successful comeback to the radio airwaves following an almost 9-year break from the business. Jim Joined Southeast Texas Classic Country station Free 105.3 KXXF as the midday (10 am to 3 pm, M-F) air personality in September, 2017. King was recently crowned Radio Personality of the Year for his "King of the Road Radio Show" at the 27th Annual Press Club of Southeast Excellence in Media Awards.
