All ESRM operations, services and customer accounts will be absorbed under the Kings III brand. ESRM brings a successful dealer program to the Kings III brand, along with a strong customer base and more importantly, a strong retention rate that marries nicely to Kings III's own 98% customer retention. What sets Kings III apart in the emergency monitoring space are the benefits that result from owning and operating its own ETL listed state-of-the-art Emergency Dispatcher Center. As a national leader in emergency communications and elevator phone monitoring specifically, Kings III found the integration of ESRM, a regional leader in the same space, a natural fit. To achieve a successful merger, a 90-day transitional period is expected as operational functions including monitoring and billing systems from the two companies are integrated. All customer monitoring will move to the Kings III Emergency Dispatch Center. By November 1, 2019, ESRM headquarters will dissolve and day-to-day operations will transfer to Kings III offices in Dallas, Texas.
