As adoption lawyers, we recognize the emotional nature of what is involved and provide a number of resources for prospective birth mothers to relieve them of some of the stress and anxiety associated with adoption.
Indianapolis, IN (PRWEB) November 08, 2016
In light of National Adoption Month, Indianapolis adoption attorneys from Kirsh & Kirsh, P.C. on November 10 will be on hand at the Hamilton County Government and Judicial Center, Superior Court 1, where judges will open final adoption hearings to anyone, including the press, who are allowed to take pictures or video.
“This only happens once a year, as at all other final adoption hearings people are not allowed to take photos or have any kind of camera,” said Steve Kirsh, a founding attorney at Kirsh & Kirsh who has over thirty-five years’ experience as an adoption attorney.
Kirsh & Kirsh, P.C., a law firm dedicated exclusively to adoptions, has endeavored to set the standard of excellence regarding adoptions in Indiana and throughout the country. Awarded the Congressional “Angels in Adoption” award in 2005, attorneys at Kirsh & Kirsh, P.C. have built their law practice around the human needs of the prospective birth mothers with whom they work and not simply the “transactional” nature of filing papers and providing documentation. More than half of the people who work at Kirsh & Kirsh, P.C. are family, including Yogi and Hannah, Steve & Jacque Kirsh’s two springer spaniels, who are the official office greaters at Kirsh & Kirsh, P.C.
“As adoption lawyers, we recognize the emotional nature of what is involved and provide a number of resources for prospective birth mothers to relieve them of some of the stress and anxiety associated with adoption,” concluded Kirsh. “We work diligently to assist women with adoption plans for their babies in Indiana.”
