Knock, the CRM solution for multifamily rental property managers, today announced the release of Knock Now, the industry’s first API platform that allows apartment search sites across the web to offer real-time, on-demand tour booking. Knock will be launching the new service with RentPath, which operates Rent.com and ApartmentGuide.com. By integrating Knock Now, the nation’s leading apartment search sites will deliver more tours to multifamily communities faster and easier than ever before.

The new functionality to book a confirmed tour will be added to existing apartment search site capabilities of submitting an email form or making a call to the property. It will reduce the need for back-and-forth scheduling communication between prospects and leasing teams. Knock Now is designed to connect a property’s live calendar availability to any website via API, enabling apartment search sites to offer on-demand tour booking services for apartment communities.
