The new functionality to book a confirmed tour will be added to existing apartment search site capabilities of submitting an email form or making a call to the property. It will reduce the need for back-and-forth scheduling communication between prospects and leasing teams. Knock Now is designed to connect a property’s live calendar availability to any website via API, enabling apartment search sites to offer on-demand tour booking services for apartment communities.
