KnowBe4 Partners With #GirlsClub for Third Consecutive Year to Offer Scholarships for Sales Leadership Training Program

The #GirlsClub sales-focused leadership training program is a six-month development program for women that helps attendees learn management skills, confidence building and to have a community of peers and role models.

KnowBe4, the provider of the world’s largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform, today announced it has partnered with #GirlsClub for the third consecutive year to provide a scholarship for their sales-focused leadership training program.

KnowBe4 is once again partnering with #GirlsClub to support the next generation of women sales leaders. The #GirlsClub sales-focused leadership training program is a six-month development program for women that helps attendees learn management skills, confidence building and to have a community of peers and role models.

“As a tech organization, KnowBe4 consistently empowers women with various opportunities such as the #GirlsClub scholarship,” said Kelly Barrena, VP of global talent brand and outreach, KnowBe4. “One of our many commitments to diversity, equity and inclusion is reflected in our workforce which is made up of over 40% women while the industry average is just 20%. We are thrilled to partner with #GirlsClub once again to excel the sales career of two deserving women with these scholarships.”

As part of the partnership for the 2023 program, KnowBe4 will offer two scholarships to women – one for an external applicant and one for a KnowBe4 employee who wants to gain more sales leadership experience. Applications for the 2023 scholarship are open until January 13, 2023. Applicants must be based in the United States to apply.
