• Mike Kelly has been appointed Brand President of the Men's Division over the Taft and Vance Brands. He will continue his role as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Mike who has been with KNS since 2008, has held several key leadership positions within the company, including President. His deep understanding of both the KNS brand portfolio and the broader market landscape will be invaluable as he takes the helm of Taft and Vance, driving brand strategy, product innovation, and growth across both brands.

Jim Weinberg as Senior Vice President of Merchandising and Ecommerce Marketing.

• Jim Weinberg has been appointed Senior Vice President of Merchandising and Ecommerce Marketing. With over 30 years of experience in the retail and merchandising sectors, Jim has built a proven track record of optimizing product assortments and driving results. His previous leadership at DSW, Beyond the Rack, Burlington, Designer Alliance Kellwood Corp, and May Dept Stores have equipped him with a wealth of expertise in product management and strategic planning. In his new role, he will oversee KNS's merchandising and marketing strategy, ensuring that product offerings are aligned with customer needs and market trends.
